Model SKA-7138633030-1212-A1 is an E-Band, PIN diode based electrical attenuator. The attenuator exhibits 2.5 dB typical insertion loss and 30 dB nominal attenuation across the frequency range of 71 to 86 GHz. The attenuator can also cover the entire E-Band frequency range with slight performance degradation at the high and low ends of the band. The control voltage of the standard model is 0 to -5 VDC with a typical current draw of 5 mA. However, the attenuator can also be configured with a positive control voltage from 0 to +5 VDC. The control speed of the attenuator can go up to 100 ns. The RF input and output ports are WR-12 waveguides with UG-387/U flanges, and a female SMA coaxial connector provides the control signal.
